A recent survey from all over America, has shown that Los Angeles has the least affordable real estates property in the whole of the US. Many family’s have income levels in the median range of say, $54,000 and in the said area only 2.4% of all properties sold were within reach of such families. Properties sold were in the half million range making the county the least friendly for middle-class homebuyers.
